Mortgage payment calculator
Explore a financing scenario using your own assumptions. The result is not a bank offer.
How the mortgage illustration works
Loan principal = property price × (1 − down payment ÷ 100). Monthly rate = annual rate ÷ 1200. For a nonzero rate, the payment is P × r ÷ [1 − (1 + r)−n]. With a zero rate, payment = P ÷ n. The loan is assumed to amortise fully over the chosen term.
Fees are treated as upfront cash costs. Variable interest rates, insurance, lender charges, taxes, refinancing and eligibility are not modelled. This tool does not give lending or legal advice.
