Alreeman II Residential Plots at a glance
Alreeman II is Aldar’s second original land community in Al Shamkha. This guide covers residential villa plots and three original illustrative plot designs of 510, 750 and 1,020 sqm. A completed villa is not included. The original release was offered exclusively to UAE nationals. Buyers should confirm the selected plot’s title and their eligibility before purchase. Aldar records handover of the original land collection in 2023.

100% at transfer
The current resale guide explicitly states that the purchase price for resale plots is paid at transfer. This is a full purchase settlement structure, not a newly available developer instalment offer. Bank finance requires separate approval. Registration, design, construction and other purchase costs are additional.

About Aldar Properties

No. This is residential land for a custom villa. Design approvals, construction and associated costs are separate from the plot purchase.
What does the starting price represent?
AED 690,000 was the original residential plot launch guide in June 2019. It is not a current available plot quotation or a price assigned to an illustrated design.
What was handed over?
Aldar’s 2023 annual report records the original Alreeman I and Alreeman II land collections as handed over in 2023. It does not describe every privately built villa as completed.
Who can purchase?
The original Alreeman II release was offered exclusively to UAE nationals. The selected title and current rules determine buyer eligibility.
