What does the starting guide represent?
AED 3.3 million is the original three bedroom launch guide from the Mayar factsheet. It does not confirm a current resale price or available developer inventory.
Why do the three bedroom sizes differ?
The original plan gives 269 m² for the second floor home and 218 m² for the third floor home. These are separate apartments. The factsheet’s 243 m² figure is an average collection size.
